    Gonna mix up some supreme pizza brats today 10pounds. Can I add beer and if so how much for 10pounds… thanks

      medeling32 You can certainly add beer! Start with about 6 oz. and drink the rest. If you have carrot fiber binder on hand you should open another can and add another 6 oz., the appropriate amount of binder and finish your beer. I wouldn’t stop there though. I would recommend adding any favorite pizza topping as well. Drink another beer. Pizza needs toppings and so does supreme pizza brats! People need beer.

        Did you freeze yours brats after mixing everything. Just wondering how veggies are after cooking a bit then where to freeze

          medeling32 I let the veggies cool prior to adding to the meat then chill both in the freezer for a short time before the final grind.
