    There are some pretty big stories out over the last week. Inflation and shortages seem to be a theme as we move into summer.

    Restaurants’ share of food dollar grows to record 54.9% in April

    Some bad news for those across the pond:

              Tex_77 I’m already seeing the price of cooking oils go up in price exponentially. We are in for a very rude awakening on that front.
