scottfletcher Nice job with the cedar. I would have done wood as well, but the yard rats (moles) will tunnel under anything with an open bottom as well as a closed bottom. They don’t seem to like the plastic or the new traps.

Pro tip, invest in a couple drill augers to vastly reduce the time and effort it takes to plant a garden. You’ll be thanking me once you do.

Not so good today folks, one of our dogs just died suddenly. I found her un-responsive in the back yard after she had been upstairs with her ball. She was only almost 4 years old. I am feeling pretty low right now and my wife is in tears. Had to find someplace to vent.

It took us a couple of days to get over our pet that had been with us for some time. I remember losing my brother when I was 8 and then losing my brother in law when I was 17! Different but not so much. Then there was losing my father and uncle,

johnsbrewhouse It is never easy to lose a good bud (hairy or not) especially when both depended on one another. Hands are together for your family. The sting may get less but never goes away because they meant something to you. Take your time and celebrate their life. God speed.

Not so good today folks, one of our dogs just died suddenly. I found her un-responsive in the back yard after she had been upstairs with her ball. She was only almost 4 years old. I am feeling pretty low right now and my wife is in tears. Had to find someplace to vent.
