The most important news is that grocery prices are getting ridiculously high, and not just meat. The price of eggs is through the roof. At my local Wal Mart the other day, they were wiped out of almost all of their pasta products. I mentioned this to a friend, and his comment was that those products are getting bought up, because it is easy to stretch pasta products out longer and get more meals, which makes sense to me. In my area I think beans and rice will start to be the next items that start to get hard to find. It’s almost as if we are starting the pandemic over with hoarding of food and sundries, but now the hoarding is due to inflation. Now on to the news:

    GOLF STAR HIDEKI MATSUYAMA
BALLS OUT FOR MASTERS CHAMPIONS DINNER
    … A5 Wagyu Beef!!!

Over-The-Counter Access to Antibiotics is Going Away

HPAI hits Iowa again, forcing 5.3 million chickens and 88,000 turkeys to be culled

Five Tulare County Dairies Robbed by Armed Thieves, Ends in Shootout

HPAI is now in half of the United States

ButcherBox CEO on why the industry needs to embrace claims-based meats

The newest meatless meat is made from air

Meatpacking industry study underway at UNL

Peel: Meat Production and Consumption Decreasing

Isaiah 5:22 Woe to those who are heroes at drinking wine and champions at mixing drinks

Tex_77 Thanks for the update Tex, though the over the counter antibiotics article is very bad news for us producers. I’ll stock up the best I can.
