You mean notifications from Meatgistitcs? Go to your Profile then Settings. Should be options there to turn them off as you see fit.

Click on your dot, then the three dots in a vertical line to the right, then select settings, then scroll to email and turn it off.

dgmd it may take a day for them to stop comong would be my guess, it looked like you have everything turned off correctly in your settings.
