Just finished my 4.2 version of linguisa using my own blend of spices culled from numerous sources.

Wow! What an immediate flash back. First job back in early '70s went with co-worker to local pizza parlor and he always ordered extra Linguisa. Have not heard of that since. Thanks for sharing. Any more info you want to share would be great. Not looking to steal recipe.

PapaSop as you can see this is version 4.2 that culled from many versions on how to make it. 1.0, 2.0 & most of the 3 versions went into the trash. You want to try it?

Absolutely. To be perfectly honest it’s been so many years I don’t even remember the taste. To much grey matter and taste buds lost since then. Have thought about it a few times since but…Have never seen it offered as a option anywhere. I do remember it was very good. -
