Mixed up a bach of snack sticks last night, no ECA, to let cure till i can home tonight. had to work over. can i let go till tomorrow?

I would say yes. It might get really sticky so if they are not stuffed yet you might have to add a little water

Gravity Storm I really hope you stuffed them right after mixing and put the stuffed tubes in fridge overnight otherwise you will have a very difficult time stuffing them now.
