    hi, Jonathon
    can you use any wicking towel?
    do you raise the humidity while smoking?
    or after the smoke?

    since i have your attention

    what would you add to hamburger for patti,s to make moist?
    carrot fiber, sure gel,phosphate?

        Can’t answer to the humidity part. What are you smoking?
        For burgers… I don’t add anything. if you’re grilling you want that extra fat in there. 80/20 at least.

          Don’t overcook your burger. Any wicking towel should work.

            I think he was using microfiber towels. You can buy those things fairly inexpensively by the box.

            You don’t need to add any of that to your burgers. Like the others said, just don’t overcook them.
