    Am making summer sausage for the first time do I add sure gel binder like I do with my snack sticks or no binder at all.

      Yes, add the binder

        Yes, definitely add it. You want to use a binder with any smoked sausage.

          Thanks for the info I added sur gel to my summer sausage they are in the smoked now.

              They turned out very well. I have to make small batches because of equipment restrictions. Am making another 5 or 6 pounds this weekend whether printing.
