It was the resurgence of the cape cod fur seal apparently, they left when there wasn’t enough food but seal populations have exploded so they came back…and they arent little ones, they are the BID Ol pregnant female a lot.  They caught an 18 footer on camera basically doing the jaws scene where it was trapped on top of a cage…there is no footage of it on the internet?!  Oh my god did I dream this? I keep thinking I have seen sharks in the St. Johns river up a pretty good bit &amp; the San Jacinto, the crabs you mentioned in several locations, even landlocked Redfish, Crab, Flounder, Maybe Sheepshead (if my memory is correct), &amp; Gator Trout in Guana &amp; a lake down near Victoria or Corpus Christi (I cannot remember its name), etc. I think those boneless sharks/rays even do better adapting than the bony ones I think. The article called the sting ray a “freshwater Fish” though &amp; that is what threw me off.</p>

There used to be a restaurant downtown and I was sure it was called Jonathan’s but maybe it was Brennans that I’d have to go to from time to time for my job.  They had reserved rooms for the Bush’s and other rich families where they stored their wine and only they could use the room.  I did get fed lunch once while I was there all day and the food was unbelievable.  Houston’s humidity and traffic made it a nightmare for me but the food was amazing!</p>
