<![CDATA[The Night-Mode feature no one aske for!]]>So, we were playing around, sorry, we were working on Meatgistics today and PatrickB said, can we get a dark mode for this? It was very easy to do actually! So, in the upper right hand corner of the screen where your avatar is there is now a light bulb, that will toggle dark mode on and off

Patrick also cut a 30 second Meatgistics “commercial” and we put that down in the about Meatgistics section at the bottom of the page. Enjoy!

I am taking a much needed and earned (okay, well at least needed) few days off to spend time with the wife doing projects and tinkering with things at the house. We love working in the yard and or house so we decided to take a few days off and just work at the house instead of here! I put in some long hours the last few months but they are nothing compared to what my wife puts in, its good though, stops me from complaining! Any time I even start thinking about it I just realize that a tough week for me is average for her and a tough week for her could be upwards of 80 hours if things go really wrong and she needs to go in on a weekend day!

Rather use a laptop, meatgistics is the only site I am on, no facebook, twitter, or other countless other social sites, and still would rather look at a newspaper over looking online. Many of my friends and family thought the world was coming to an end when they found out I was on a meat community site on the intranet.

Margaret really likes it & now spends about all of her time on it. Me on the other hand, well, I suppose I am a stubborn ol coot after all. I just am reluctant to get on that telephone & start doing things. I have enough to do with it all on the computer, so after that, my fingers are worn out & there is nothing left of me for the telephone so it all has to get switched to EAR mode.

I hate using my phone except for call or texts. I like looking at a larger screen and being able to see what I am actually looking at. My laptop travels with me everywhere.
