<![CDATA[FAT Tuesday]]>I am sure there are a few lurking around who celebrate FAT Tuesday by stuffing themselves stupid. I am one of them, of those that celebrate it what is on the menu? I am going round and round and can’t figure out what I want to make.

Typically when I was younger they came in prune filling. Over time they have a variety of flavors and are coating in sugar.

Before out of towners leaving tonight after a week, we started out with maple sausage patties, moved onto Slovenian sausages for lunch and smoked gouda with Jeludec sandwiches (basically a 5 lb Slovenian Sausage cut into lunch meat) with fresh horseradish. For dessert we had paczki’s. Thinking both events were very nice affairs.
