The fulfillment people in Walton’s warehouse usually pack the boxes pretty good. There was no packing material in the box and the inside box the cutting board was in was damaged as well, which leads me to believe everything came out of the box and UPS just shoved the cutting board back in and sealed the box back up with clear packing tape. Most of the Walton’s packages I get via UPS are mashed, have holes and the tape seals are broken.
