As in I have “Salami Unit (No MSG)” and “Wisconsin Summer Unit”.</p>
<p dir="auto">Is it that it has the CSS and dextrose already in it?</p>

If the letter isn’t specified, it looks like it’s assumed to be a B Unit for 25# of meat.</p>

I have seen that and wondered the same thing?<br />
Might have something to do with a standardized “unit” or batch size for that particular seasoning.</p>
