<![CDATA[Snack stick seasoning]]>Can snack stick seasoning be used for smoked sausage in bigger casings? I want to use the BBQ smoked stick seasoning for smoked sausage. I assume I would follow the same smoking times and temp and still use cure.

S sausage I use a combo of meats, the sticks Iโ€™m more pure main meat. The fat might also be leaner in the sticks too.

Of course then it could turn out like a lot of other things too. I was once asked if I would like to be a fishing & hunting guide a long, long time ago. It was very intriguing & appealing, but I said no. They thought I was crazy & kind of stayed on it for a while. I felt like if I did it to make a dollar, it would take all the joy out of it & turn it into work. That was my reasoning then & to some degree it still applies. I enjoy what I do, a lot, donโ€™t get me wrong. But, it can turn into work at times, but I still go at it regularly, so good thing I enjoy it.
