Patrick can see his account but John G and I cannot.

In the end, we took care of him but we can’t control what UPS does to packages, all we can do is do the best job we can and replace damaged goods when needed. That is what we have done in this case and it looks like we refunded the damaged part of his order. Since his youtube account is no longer active (maybe?), and because it offers no value to the content we have deleted his comments off youtube.

Thank you to beekeeper84 for having our back in the youtube comments, which “You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy.”

Actually I take that back, Twitter is worse!

As far as shipping issues, yes the last 14 months have been very challenging to say the least. My employer ships millions of packages daily and has many internal issues of its own, but there are just some things that are out of our control. Some folks just don’t care about real world problems because they feel entitled while others forgive my bluntness, are just too stupid to understand the shipping process. Between weather, quarantines, regulations, airline issues, and not enough qualified people to hire it probably will not get better any time soon. This is just my observations and opinions and doesn’t reflect the views of any company or corporation.
