<![CDATA[Nacho and dill pickle snack sticks]]>Currently on the drying phase of the snack sticks, I’m thinking about leaving out the smoke to get as much flavor profile of the seasoning as possible. Anyone else do a meat cook with no smoke?

I did two separate 11 lb batches but cooked them in the smoker together. But now you got me thinking of mixing the other halves of seasoning together for another batch.

That is if you have the time.

Sometime I put a little liquid smoke in the mix

We didn’t notice much difference in taste.
