In latest effort to combat rising prices, White House to offer $1 billion in aid for smaller meat-industry producers

In an attempt to stifle inflation, increase production, and market share for smaller processors in the meat packing industry, while US President Joe Biden is allocating $1 billion in aid.

U.S. retailers now accusing pork producers of antitrust violations

“Several major U.S. retailers filed a federal lawsuit last week accusing pork processors of conspiring to fix pork prices from at least 2009 in a suit that mirrors other litigation facing pork and poultry companies for the last few years.”

U.S. pork can now be exported to India

“After many years of negotiations, India is now open to U.S. pork and pork products. This change is now reflected in the USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service’s (FSIS) Export Library for India.”

The good news is we are making progress with our project, and the completion of said project should allow for austin and I to spend more time on here again. That was VERY dumb of me to not release that on Meatgistics, no excuses, just not thinking.
