<![CDATA[Cold Phosphate]]>If I added cold phosphate and Sure cure to my grinder meat, is it ok for me to store it in my freezer for a while (it’s not cooked)?

In the previous life we added sodium phosphate to 99.9 of all the products sausages, hams, hot dogs, breast, and more. The only thing that didn’t have it was no brand name whole turkeys. The brand name whole birds were pumped too.
