I had thought about them, but then thought, can we just stick with the essentials, simple, high quality. You hear me ranting about it all the time, I know. I had no idea though, that they could do so many things. May have to re-evaluate that.

I use it more than I thought I would. I probably use it as a pressure cooker and steamer more than anything, but really purchased it because it would air fry.

She plans on trying all the functions, but we prefer air fried over deep fried so I’m sure that will be one of the first things that we try to master.

Like you, only two of us and storage space is at a premium in our kitchen. We’re anxious to try it after Christmas.

It has a smaller capacity for the air fryer, but is fine for just the 2 of us. We picked it up at Sam’s club a few years ago and it has worked great. Its alot heavier that a stand a lone air fryer, but save on storage space since it does what multiple machines will do. I saw an air fryer the other day that is also a toaster oven. I like looking at Consumer Reports for things like this. The two highest rated on their site is the 1. Chefman TurboFry Air Fryer 4.5 Quart and 2. Dash Digital Tasti Crisp Air Fryer 2.6 Quart. I have never used either one but if you are looking for a smaller unit, the 2.6 quart should be fine. Hope this helps

Has a dehydrate and can order stackable racks. Also does air frying. We use it all the time for quickly cooking the browning chicken or roasts. The dehydrate function works but take hours. Only use that for small batches. 3-4 lbs.

There are so many options with rotisseries, convection etc. kinda blows my mind. I guess my main concern is the clean-up. Years ago I bought one of those George Foreman grills and only used it a couple of times because how hard it was to clean and sold it at a garage sale.

I do french fries in it and they come out crispy without the oil.
