I see Waltons has the hog ring pliers on sale. Are these the same pliers that many are having problems with getting tight? Has this issue been solved?
I hate to bring up negatives but I’ve been interested in these pliers for some time

The best way I get them to work is use a pair of vise gripes after I crimp them to tighten it.
