I’ve never used one and it would be super helpful since a few of us recently purchased one.</p>

On 3 mm. bags  for full vac, about 40 sec. is good. Sealing time 2.3 to 2.5. And cooling 3seconds. Seems to work well for me.</p>

I am at altitude tho.</p>
