<![CDATA[No turkey for me this year]]>I opted out of the traditional holiday meal/family gathering and mail ordered some Reuben fixings from Katz’s Delicatessen in NY. I paired the sandwich with a large selection of fine bourbon and a Deschutes Brewery Jubelale. Best Thanksgiving ever? Probably.

So I have never been inside of it well sober. But I have always enjoyed the pickle spears and sandwiches.

Also my parents don’t care for turkey, we have one just to taste it every year, this year we had baby backs.

This is the first time I’ve ever seen it in a half gallon format let alone a single barrel. One barrel was bottled for two liquor stores in Portland, Oregon. They also had a single barrel Blanton’s but My friend wasn’t able to get me one.
