<![CDATA[Waltons 11 lb stuffer question]]>I’ve been thinking about upgrading to the 11 lb stuffer. Can anyone explain how the venting works? I have an old 5 lb from Sausage Maker. I drilled and tapped a whole in the plate that I put a ss bolt in after air has vented. Works ok but is a pain if stuffer doesn’t have a full load in it.

I store my tubes inside the cylinder as well, keeps things clean, I put a plastic bag over the top of it all as well.

Really comes down to personal preference, best way not to lost it, would be to put it back on.

The weight of this stuffer combined with suction cups makes it rock solid. Just pop off the rubber feet and attach suction cups.

I ordered an extra so I have three total. They come with one installed on the piston and one on the box.
