50 grain vinegar is the same thing as 5% acidity vinegar.  Typical distilled white vinegar from any grocery store is usually right at or around 5%.  If you already have some white vinegar at home, it probably is 5% acidity (and it should list what % it is), and if not, it should be super easy to find at any grocery store!</p>
