<![CDATA[Cheers to Walton's]]>I recieved a package today from Walton’s. I had placed a small order recently and thought it had arrived. I opened the box and found this awesome gift. There is only one problem, my wife said " thats too cool to cut stuff on". So I now have the absolute coolest charcuterie board, although I have never put a charcuterie together; ever. I did break the seal on a new bottle to celebrate. Thanks Walton’s and the Meatgistics community.

Many countertop installers will gladly give you scraps of all colors and sizes for free. I get pressed glass, cut glass, and crystal serving pieces from 2nd hand stores. I started this when I realized that it was cheaper than disposable plastic items.

It presents well and easy to clean up.

I have been using mineral oil on my cutting boards for about 40 years.

I keep my oiled with mineral oil, try to take care of it when cutting as to not cut too deep, and use it both for presentation and a cutting board.
