You have to be signed in to your YouTube account to use the chat feature. If you don’t have an account (a free log in) on the Tube then maybe that is what they were referencing

My last order was $33. I was out of cheese so I added a 5 pound bag of high temp cheddar. It jump my total up $98. I deleted the cheese.
