Thought about using the country brown sugar cure. Any input is appreciated.</p>

It’s certainly worth a try, though.  Try a maple smoke.</p>

I’ve never cured a deer ham, but the <a href="https://www.waltonsinc.com/country-brown-sugar-cure" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">Country Brown Sugar Cure</a> would definitely be the cure I would use.  Another option would be the <a href="https://www.waltonsinc.com/sweeter-than-sweet-cure" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">Sweeter Than Sweet Cure</a>.  Both are close in popularity, but these two far out sell any other ham cures.</p>
