About 2-3 times a month, more if you include wild game. We mix up the proteins throughout the month.

I will throw out 19, 171 users by 12/31/21.

As far as steak or large cuts of beef. I have three kids and they all like steak so we can only do it about twice a month. Beef roasts about another two times a month. Maybe more in the winter months. Burger is a different story. We use burger at a minimum of once or twice a week.

For a different brat, have you guys ever made a jalapeño popper brat. Cream cheese, pre-cooked bacon, and jalapeños mixed in with a seasoning that would pair well. The only potential issue is the melting of the cream cheese. But, I see lots of people doing the smoked cream cheese thing and it holds up pretty well to smoking at 250 degrees for a few hours.
