As I am checking out I see a bag of jerky that is Chile Lime, but it isn’t jerky, it is Carne Seca.  It is an air-dried steak that is seasoned with spices and lime.  I am wondering if anyone here has made it before?  if not, it is absolutely on my list.</p>
