I don’t buy a lot because I had a lot of the equipment that I use before I found Walton’s and work keeps me from doing the amount of processing I want to do. But eventually I’ll need to replace things and “need” to upgrade things too and I’ll be getting them from Walton’s. The customer service is so key. Intentional or not, Meatgistics is a part of the customer service experience. That’s what got me to make my first purchase. Then I saw the same day shipping and the rest of the customer service experience and I became a loyal customer because I feel that Walton’s is loyal to their customers. But you gotta admit that Orange Meatgistics looks awesome on the leather apron… 😂 undefined

Amazon has spoiled us all (myself included) and not shipping within 24 hours at least is almost guaranteed to lose customers now-a-days. One of the reasons I always try to keep the shipping department well fed with things we make!
