<![CDATA[Bavarian Oktoberfest brat seasoning]]>Has anyone got feedback on this product yet? Perhaps the test kitchen at Walton’s has made some? I id not expect it to be $26. I would pull the trigger, but would like some feedback first.

I am guessing it is whatever they added to give it a mild saurkraut flavor.

Fair warning, it STINKS when you open the bag, I swear to god it smells exactly like my socks when I used to run long distance but once you cook it…mmmmmm good!

Note to self, when making this brat make sure the Mrs. is not home😂

We made that, the Loaded Liberty and the Jalapeno a few weeks ago and the ranking would be exactly how I listed them. The jalapeno was surprisingly un-hot in my mind. In fact, I’d have said that it was more fennel than jalapeno, though others have said I am wrong on that point.
