Per pound of meat measurements 2.12 oz. of seasoning, 1/4 tsp of sure cure, 1.6 oz. water. Mix the seasoning and sure cure together well before applying to the meat.</p>

<p dir="auto">Are you making ground (aka restructured) or whole muscle style? Also need to know how many lbs of meat you plan to use.</p>
<p dir="auto">There are tutorials for making jerky and everything else on the Meatgistics website.</p>
<p dir="auto">If you are making less than a 25 lb batch, there is a conversion chart to calculate the correct seasoning amount for smaller batch sizes.</p>
