Well stated. I have the Pro Temp XL, propane version. Luv it. Took a couple try’s to know it but now good. This will hold +/- 4 deg. all day long.

The Electric works fine with as much smoke as you would want. Blue tooth is crapy… Buy a good wireless that will monitor the meat temp and smoker temp probe. Cold weather buy the blanket. The gas is a baby sitting nightmare. My final thought is whatever you pick know how to use it, and it will do well
