<![CDATA[Anyone dry cure in modified fridge?]]>My humidifier is not pumping up tp 72% humidity? I am also having water pool in bottom of fridge. Was at another site to make this. I want to dry cure a southern sausage and others. Need to get cure chamber right before I start. Want to cure bacon first. Cure Dry then smoke, Need to get chamber right first. TIA. Big D

I followed the links provided and found all the items on Amazon.
It adds up to about $200 for the parts but I make several hundred pounds of sausages in the winter but had to stop during the
warmer months. Now I can continue all year!

It is most likely to large to add. Use the editing on your phones photo gallery to make it smaller and try it.
