Has anyone tried using dry ice pellets to keep me cold while grinding or mixing?

My concerns would be getting burned or splashing water on the ice. The meat may stick to the metal bowls, I wouldn’t use plastic lugs. It also will depend on your availability of getting and storing dry ice. If you give it a try let us know how it goes.
