1cup equals 8 ounces, 3 cups equals 24 ounces. You claim you use 3 cups for 25 lbs meat.<br />
That has been my rule of thump 1 ounce of distilled water to 1 lb of meat on all my sausages and sticks but have never factored in sure gel.<br />
