<![CDATA[Good read.]]>I don’t know how many read on here for enjoyment but I just finished a great book. If you’re into WW2 history check out Spearhead by Adam Makos. It’s primarily about a tank crew in the 3rd Armored Division. This same author wrote A Higher Call which is also a great book. That one is about a B17 and a Luftwaffe Ace.

I was given the book for placing first in my class at vehicle recovery school in the Corps. Not a big reader, so I didn’t do anything with it for a while. Got deployed to Somalia and started reading it on the plane. I couldn’t put it down. Great Vietnam book.

Hardcore history by Dan Carlin…litteraly any of his podcasts, they are all amazing and calling them podcasts doesn’t do it justice, they are very in depth.

Historical fiction:
The name of the rose by…emberto someone or other…annoys me that I can’t remember. I did see the movie first on this one so that might have something to do with me enjoying it
THe lost kingdom series (netflix has a shopw on it, havent watched it yet past season 1 but the books are incredible)
The winter king Both of those are by bernard Cornwell
The Alexander the Great series by valerio Manfredi
