<![CDATA[Cold smoked venison backstrap]]>I have started to enjoy cold smoking venison backstrap and pork tenderloins. I did this a few weeks ago, kept the temp around 200° and cooked the venison to 130°. Then I put it in the chill chest for a few hours before serving.

On your phone you can install these apps to perform the size reducing: Image Size App; Photo Compress 2.0; Photo and Picture Resizer; Resize Me. Since I have access to a pc, I do it via Paint. But, the apps I mention for phones do it very well.

That is what I always do now.

I normally take the pic and “open up” with “paint” and reduce size to 50% on a pc. Then, I don’t get at error. Just sayin’.
