2# raw shrimp
2 -3oz shrimp and crab boil seasoning
1/4 c salt
12 small new red taters
4 onions quartered
2 pounds of polish sausage cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
3 ears of corn cut into thirds

1- bring 1 gal of water to a boil with salt and seasoning
2-add taters and boil 10 min
3 -add onion and sausage, bring back to boil for 5 min
4- add corn and shrimp, bring back to a boil for 5 min
then we just cover picnic tables with throw away covers and dump the pots onto them. When we do it we use turkey deep fryers, usually have 4 going at the same time, so extra people are nice to have around to help with the timing.
