I know on mine, there are areas where it looks like the coating has worn through from repeated cleaning and general wear and tear.</p>

After that, I washed it down and sanitized it with Clorox and water.</p>

<p dir="auto">A guy has a like-new #12 Pro-cut for sale on FB market place along with a ton of extra plates, knives and other swag  for $500.  Wish I needed it. lol</p>
