Going to grind it and add some ground pork, and high temp cheddar. Has anyone tried using jerky seasoning as a brat seasoning? I have a some Sweet Chipotle seasoning left over. I plan on doing it like brats, but make patties out of it. Just wondering if anyone has tried something like this.

Figured on not using the cure. For no more meat than I have left, I’m thinking about giving it a try.

Which may result in being saltier than normal. You would also not use the cure for fresh product.
