I’m going to be making a batch of summer sausage, and figure I’ll finish sous vide if I can find one that’s not too pricey.</p>

Works like a charm.  I guess my point is more than you think.  I used to use a large meat lug, but wanted to make a set up that lost less heat.  My setup is pretty much like  papa sop’s, but now I use the cooler.</p>

Not sure of the quantity but I use the Weston in a meat lug and works fine.</p>
