I wish I could claim credit for this, but I found this idea while searching the web. My 5 pound stuffer as with most this size I assume, uses the small 1 9/16” flange stuffing tubes. I wanted to use the quick patty maker but the smallest adapter that comes with it is for the larger 2 1/8” flange tubes. This adapter nut lets me use a jerky cannon retaining nut and the larger flange accessories on my stuffer. Obviously it lets you use jerky gun accessories on your stuffer, which is what the originator of the idea wanted. I had it 3d printed and can now use the patty maker and 2 1/8” tubes which are available in more sizes with my stuffer.
