<![CDATA[Pork butt in pk100]]>Just got my pk100 seems great thanks waltons. Can I put smoke pan on burner with temps around 225?? Or do I have to smoke at lower temp?

To season yes put at highest temp with pan of chips and smoke away. If i remember correctly they recommend 4 hours.

If cooking something it all depends on what you are trying to smoke.
