I made a large batch of pheasant pepperoni with them and I love those sticks. Even though 26mm is too chunky to be called a stick, they are still good!

Its all I use for dogs. The only downfall is it is hard to link. Either tie off with twine or learn to euro link. It tends to come un twisted quite easy.

Also, I think if you poke holes they will possibly split when cooked. I make a lot of bambi dogs and have never had a problem
