<![CDATA[Univex SRM20]]>Looking for opinions on this machine for using as a meat mixer. I can purchase a used one for $500 with the dough hook only. It has a 20 qt bowl. Is it big enough for 25# batches. Any thoughts or opinions will be appreciated.

For a home unit, it will outlast you and all parts are available. Only need the dough hook for the meat. It will hold 25 to 35 pounds.

I’ll double check this week when we make more.
