You should! This is the greatest thing since canned beer.  Did 24 turkey jalepeno burger in a few minutes.  No more hand made patties for me. This gadget is awesome.  I think these may be on sale now. Get one, you will be more than happy you did.</p>

I did the same thing in the past. This time it was ground turkey and I did 10 lbs. I would say that is just about right. No where near the burn as before. Just great jalapeno flavor.</p>

When I used the jalapeno once, it liked to burn me out.  I do think it mellows over time though.</p>

I checked the box - All it says is they are 4" round x 3/4 " thick. We had them for dinner last night (awesome with the jalapeno patty mix BTW) and they fit a standard hamburger bun size perfectly.</p>
