<![CDATA[Ranch snack stick question.]]>Going to makes some ranch snack sticks, I noticed on the bag of seasoning that it says not to add an cultures. Would adding hi temp cheese be considered adding cultures.

Hi temp cheese is fine in cured snack sticks and sausages.
