I keep all my Walton’s mixes in the freezer inside ziplock bags or plastic jars, the same with the pink cure, double bagged. Is there a suggested use by date?

Some cures will harden up though if you don’t store them properly for a few years.

I’ve had 1/2 bags seasonings vacsealed and used 12-16months later and they were just fine.
